Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Breet's Buy Now Pay Later services.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Breet Nig Ltd. and the customer (“User”), concerning Breet’s Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services for food, groceries, baby supplies, and essential household items.

By using the platform, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Verification

  • Be employed and receive a verifiable salary.
  • Be resident or employed within Breet’s approved service zones.
  • Provide accurate personal and employment details.
  • Consent to financial and credit verification via authorized partners.

Breet reserves the right to conduct home and office address verification as part of its risk assessment process.

3. Credit Facility

Base Limit: ₦30,000

Tenor: Max 2 Months

Interest: 7.5% Monthly

Admin fees cover verification, insurance, and administrative costs: ₦1,500 (up to ₦50k), ₦3,000 (up to ₦100k), ₦4,500 (up to ₦150k).

All products remain the legal property of Breet until full repayment.

4. Repayment & Deductions

Payroll customers authorize salary deductions via their HR department. Non-payroll customers authorize automatic bank debits through Wema Bank’s API or similar partners.

Failure to repay may result in Credit Bureau reporting and suspension of access to future credit.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Lagos State.
